This concept would locate the museum at the site of the former Madison Area Technical College Downtown campus, bounded by North Carroll and West Johnson streets and Wisconsin Avenue.
This concept would place the museum on land currently owned by the Catholic Diocese of Madison, bounded by South Fairchild, West Main and South Henry streets and West Washington Avenue.
