UNION GROVE — A lifelong farmer and advocate for the local agriculture community, including the youth exhibitors at the Racine County Fair, has been selected to receive the Frank Lamping Community Service Award.
Dave Moyer retired earlier this year after working at Community State Bank for 20 years, according to the news release. He continues to work on his farm and give back to the community.
