A Mexican man who was fatally shot by an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent in Houston was not the person federal authorities had been looking for, officials have said. According to Democratic congresswoman Sylvia Garcia, the immigration agency confirmed that Lorenzo Salgado Araujo “was not a target.”
