I mean before the season it was looking like 5 wins at best. Win at Minnesota next week, we end with 3/4 wins, 2 vs ranked teams, getting the Axe back, and momentum for next year with a weak schedule. I’ll take that all day

I'm not sold that keeping Fickell is the right move. BUT not letting him twist in the wind and publicly backing him was the right move for this season. The vote of confidence clearly galvanized players & staff.
