Kirby Nelson has been making beer for over 45 years, primarily on large brewing systems, but is now making experimental batches of beer in a five barrel system at Wisconsin Brewing Company Park in Oconomowoc, a baseball stadium that is home to the Lake Country DockHounds.

Lake Louie Brewing - The DockHaus, a new craft brewing facility situated on the second floor of Wisconsin Brewing Company Park in Oconomowoc, is being used to make experimental and specialty brews that will be served at the baseball stadium and the WBC taproom in Verona.
Sonny Bando, managing partner of the Lake Country DockHounds, is not only excited for the season opener on May 12 but for the first beers to be served that were made in a brewery at the Oconomowoc ballpark.
Honoring Pabst Brewing Company’s ties to the area, Blue Ribbon Circle in Oconomowoc is now home to Wisconsin Brewing Company Park, home of the Lake Country DockHounds.
