The Lake Geneva City Council on Feb. 9 unanimously approved having staff develop an operational plan to determine whether the city should purchase two trolleys for about $100,000 to help transport people during upcoming road reconstruction and resurfacing.

The living history museum railroad is celebrating its 50th anniversary of offering 14-mile round trip excursion rides between East Troy and Mukwonago.
