About a dozen homes are under construction at Pioneer Pointe, a new 13-hole golf course in the town of Middleton. When the 135-acre development is completed, 89 homes are expected to surround the course, located on the former site of Tumbledown Trails Golf Club, which closed in 2018.
Outdoor decks on the clubhouse will offer prime views of the golf course at Pioneer Pointe. The 13-hole course opened last month. The clubhouse is scheduled to be completed by this spring.
