The Madison Public Library's first Native American storyteller-in-residence, Andi Cloud, a member of the Ho-Chunk Nation, incorporated stories she heard growing up into the events she is leading as part of her residency.

Andi Cloud teaches a group of children about the 12 Ho-Chunk clans using handmade collages at Pinney Library. Cloud, a member of the Ho-Chunk Nation, is the Madison Public Library's first Native American storyteller-in-residence.
Cloud's residency will last until Dec. 18. Cloud created regular educational events that will take place in libraries across Madison.
Cloud crafts collages to illustrate how each Ho-Chunk clan has a different animal and tribal responsibility associated with it. Cloud is a member of the Thunder Clan, which includes tribal leaders and "guardians of the peace."
