According to Loren Rue, chef of J. Leinenkugel’s Barrel Yard, the food menu at the new restaurant and brewery in Milwaukee looks to celebrate and represent the "Northwoods kitchen.” Rue said he and his team created dishes that can be enjoyed every day of the year.

MILWAUKEE — When the Milwaukee Brewers step up to the plate April 3 in their home opener against the New York Mets, Loren Rue, the head chef of the new J. Leinenkugel’s Barrel Yard, will be ready for action.
At the end of this year Dick Leinenkugel is handing the reigns of the Leinenkugel Brewing Company to his nephew Tony Bugher. Hear Dick talk about his journey over the last eight years as president of the company, and Tony talk about what he’s looking forward to once he takes over.
Dick Leinenkugel led his last brewery tour on Saturday. A group of 11 people were honored to be on that last tour which started at Leinie Lodge and went through the various buildings on Leinenkugel’s property.
