PLATTEVILLE — Kurt Wilson parked his minivan near the corner of Markee Avenue and Southwest Road at 7:30 a.m. Friday, 90 minutes before the start of the third preseason camp practice for the University of Wisconsin football program. He set up a tent and began the process of displaying all sorts of Badgers-related memorabilia — cards, framed photos, jerseys, helmets, etc. — for potential buyers.
