Is Brad Davidson a top 10 Wisconsin MBB player ever? Sure, I can name 10 more talented guys, but in terms of on-court success + records + culture, I think he's unmatched what he's contributed to the program in his 5 seasons

After watching the Badgers play this last week and more, it seems to me they are not ready to face Illinois. After all they barely beat some average teams. They give up big leads. The bench is weak lately. What am I missing?

Davis is the man, but I can’t help think he is not the prolific scorer that the NBA salivates over. Lots of defensive pressure, but am I wrong? He is a stopplable shooter. All-around stud, gets his points, but flash seems to have faded.

If you are a team about as good as Wisconsin, why not play deny Johnny the ball like the Gophers and take your chances?

What does @BadgerMBB have to work on to be #MarchMadness ready?

To what extent do we need to still be tapping on the breaks about the Badger basketball team? I mean, if they beat Illinois (big if), can we gun it then? Must we still be conservative drivers?

How are you doing on your crusade to bring Jordan Bohannon to justice?

Was the Chryst extension surprising? Not sure if teams still do it but could they name Jimmy L assistant head coach/head coach in waiting?

Love the Caleb Williams talk. How do the coaches talk Mertz off the cliff. Got to be tough for him.
— David Ross (@davidross9296) January 31, 2022
If you’re Mertz, how do you move forward at UW after staff’s pursuit of Williams??
— Jeremy Wojtecki (@jwojPAC) January 31, 2022
Any chance Mertz ends up testing the transfer portal?

How will Engram addition change the badger offense? Recruiting?

Is it ever a good idea to hire a legendary former Badger as a coach? Especially one whose prior experience as a coach was in the NHL, not college hockey.
— Steve Schuster (@SteveSc84123682) January 31, 2022
I'm sure you will get many more reader-interest Qs but watching the UW-MI Hockey, I thought there were more empty than occupied seats. Where is hockey on the AD's priority list? Has Grantato's time run out?

If Denver offers the Packers their 1st and 2nd for both this year’s and next’s draft picks for Aaron Rodgers, we’d be stupid to pass that up right?

Fave 5: Jim Polzin picks his favorite stories of 2021
Jim Polzin stepped into a new role in June, going from University of Wisconsin men’s basketball beat reporter to Lee Sports Wisconsin columnist.
Polzin wore both hats later that month when, on back-to-back days, he broke the news about seven seniors confronting coach Greg Gard in a secretly recorded meeting during the 2020-21 season and followed up with a column about how that recording had exposed cracks in the program’s foundation.
