The Teresa McGovern Center at Tellurian Behavioral Health in Monona contains the 16-bed Dane County Care Center, one of Wisconsin's five regional crisis stabilization centers.
In a room with couches, board games and self-help books, eight adults going through mental health crises talk about people they can confide in and those who have betrayed them.
