U.S Championship Cheese Contest — Judges at the 2017 U.S. Championship Cheese Contest, in the atrium at Lambeau Field, take a sample from a wheel of cheese during the opening day of the three-day event. This year's contest will be Feb. 21-23 at the Resch Expo in the Green Bay suburb of Ashwaubenon.
