The Kenosha County Board voted 16-5 Wednesday night to defeat a proposal that had called on all taxpayer-funded libraries in the county to create a secure, adults-only section in their buildings in order to protect children from pornographic materials. Kenosha Library Director Barbara Brattin has said there are no such materials present in the public libraries.
