Daniel Riedel, who previously owned 80 acres of land now possessed by Union Grove High School, believes a final price should have been determined before the high school acquired the land.
However, district cannot acquire the 80 acres until it has paid $2.4 million to the Racine County Clerk of Circuit Court and received a court order.
