Ricky Garcia joined family members Jaquelín and Alicia Villa on stage at Hispanic Heritage Month community day at Racine Theatre Guild. "What's really cool about us is we take older songs and bring them up to this generation," said Garcia, who dedicated his performance of Estevan Garcia's "Lo Pasado, Pasado" to his father.

Alicia Villa sang with daughter Jaquelín Villa and grandson Ricky Garcia at Racine Theatre Guild's community day Saturday. Villa has been performing since 1990. She said she wanted to perform at the event to "bring in a little of the Mexican spirit."

Grupo La Perla Tapatía USA, a folklórico dance group, performed at the community day for Hispanic Heritage Month. “There's so many people in Racine, and we all come from different walks of life. One of the great things about theater itself is you get to learn about other people on stage," said Joycelyn Fish, RTG’s Director of Marketing and Development, on Saturday's event.
