Republican U.S. Rep. Tom Tiffany, of Hazelhurst, holds a considerable fundraising edge over his Nov. 3 gubernatorial opponent, Democratic Milwaukee County Executive David Crowley, thanks in large part to more than $20 million in donations from three wealthy GOP donors.
