Levi Aust recently won the 2026 School Photographers of America + Sony Student Photo Contest in the “dominant photo” category. Aust, who just finished his sophomore year at Case High School, will be honored later this month at a ceremony in North Carolina, where he will also receive a Sony camera.
Levi Aust has his own photography business, “Captured by Levi,” and said he usually takes photos four to five days per week. Most of his clients are Case High School students, mainly athletes.
Levi Aust's favorite activity to photograph is basketball because of the emotion and popularity. “I like how close up you can be and the energy,” Aust said.
