A group of UW-Madison students have equipped a Little Free Library in a Downtown park with a solar-powered battery that people can use to charge their phones and other electronic devices.

KENOSHA — For Logan Kelley, Blu-ray and DVDS are something he grew up with, and now he's bringing his love for films shown on physical media back to his community.

Youth sets up free movie exchange in Kenosha — Logan Kelley of Kenosha has set up a movie exchange where community members can take a movie and leave one. Kelley said he wanted to reflect his love for physical media through this project.
