Giant pandas, fish, lions — even a dragon — bathe the night in exotic colors at the Racine Zoo’s Lantern Festival. Running through Dec. 31, the world-famous festival has general admission prices ranging from $12 to $20, free for younger children. There are also various specials throughout the event.
