Firefighters stop blaze at La Crosse County recycling facility after more than 20 hours

Fire crews are battling a large fire on the southern edge of French Island Tuesday morning. The blaze broke out overnight at Tie Yard of Omaha, a business that grinds up scrap railway ties and materials into chips that can be used to create biofuel.
