Gard over the years has been underrated in his ability to right the ship. He had weathered multiple crises (leaked tape, Holland, Herro's late de-commit) that would have crashed a lot of coaching tenures. But how does he get out of the current funk/malaise?

I have crossed over to the other side that a change is needed. But…. Can a change really happen after the season? I think it’s a huge risk if a replacement isn’t immediately hired. Minnesota is still recovering from their entire roster leaving.

Rather than a Gard question, is it time to shake up the MBB staff? Big man development seems to have plateaued. There have been a lot of misses in recruiting big men. I hate to say it because Joe and Sharif are 2 of my all time favorite Badgers
