RACINE — Residents and families gathered at Monument Square on Thursday evening to raise awareness about domestic violence as part of the fourth annual Walk to Break the Silence.
Cutouts of people lined both sides of monument square. Each displayed the story of someone in Southeast Wisconsin who died in connection to domestic violence.
