Golden Oil is constructing a two-story gas-convenience store and company headquarters at Highway E and 22nd Avenue in Somers that will include a Subway, Chester’s Chicken and Hunt Brothers Pizza.
Hawthorn Apartments, at highways E and 31, well under construction, is expected to be completed this year. It adds 242 units of market-rate apartments to the village and includes a clubhouse and resort-inspired pool.
