Fr. Patrick Devine Paratrooper training
Fr. Patrick Devine served as a US Army chaplain in Vietnam. Pat served in the reconstruction of Japan after World War II. He served in Vietnam as a Chaplain and Minister of the Sacraments to combat troops. He was a recipient of two bronze stars. While in Vietnam, he served as a Chaplain for Ranger and Green Beret units, and also was a paratrooper with many jumps.
