A group of 16 beagles released in this week's deal with Ridglan Farms and animal rights groups were put on a plane bound for the East Coast at Southern Wisconsin Regional Airport on Saturday, May 2, 2026 in Janesville, Wis. Pilots to the Rescue, a non-profit that provides transport for at-risk animals, and Second Chance Rescue, a New York-based rescue service, worked together to make the flight happen. The dogs will be distributed to rescues in New York and Virginia.Â
