The food court at West Towne Mall was full of shoppers taking a break and munching on orange chicken from China Experience, slices of pizza from Sbarro and vegetable somosas from Rama’s Foods, an Indian restaurant that opened about three weeks ago.

The shop opened in 2022 and is one of nine shops owned by Humphries' father, Vida Humphries.
