The shop opened in 2022 and is one of nine shops owned by Humphries' father, Vida Humphries. All of his shops, eight of which are in Houston, Texas, are in malls, where they look to take advantage of foot traffic.

Visitors to West Towne Mall rent children’s car strollers at a kiosk next to Planet Fitness on Black Friday. The 37,000-square-foot fitness center used to be in a strip mall on nearby D'Onofrio Drive.
