Voting is underway in Kenosha County for the spring primary election. In-person absentee voting opened at City Hall on Tuesday for the Feb. 17 primary.
The election, which will take place Nov. 3, is a partisan race. James Beller, who is running as a Republican is challenging David Zoerner, the incumbent and also a Republican, who is seeking reelection.
