Visitors to the Lake Geneva Public Library recently learned about dinosaurs and the process of digging for fossils. Nicholas Wiersum, curator for the Dinosaur Discover Museum in Kenosha, conducted the “Storywagon: Dino Discover” program June 25 at the library, 918 W. Main St. During his presentation Wiersum, discussed the features of a dinosaur, the difference between dinosaurs and other prehistoric creatures, the process of digging for fossils and what paleontologists look for during a fossil dig.
