For “Top Chef’s” Wisconsin-born senior vice president of production, the latest season of the show — which begins airing Wednesday night and highlights the food and culture of Wisconsin — was “a dream come true.”
The episodes of "Top Chef: Wisconsin" air from 8 to 9:15 p.m. Wednesdays on Bravo, a basic cable network. They will be available the next day on the Peacock streaming service.
"Top Chef" put Wisconsin in the national limelight for the past three months, and now the state of Wisconsin wants to keep that momentum alive.
