Unity and fellowship, yes, but more milk and cheese curds: Wisconsin delegates rate the RNC

Calumet County Wisconsin delegate at the RNC Barbara Bittner says she was shocked at the lack of milk representation at the event despite being in the dairy state.

Wisconsin State Treasurer and delegate John Leiber at the RNC in Milwaukee says he's happy to see how good of a show the city is putting on for visitors.

Former Republican Party Chair Brad Courtney, who's been to nine Republican National Conventions so far, says former President Donald Trump making two appearances so far is the biggest surprise.

Delegate for the 3rd Congressional District Shannon McKinney at the RNC in Milwaukee says it's her first time in the city and she found it beautiful with friendly people. 

Wisconsin alternate delegate Shirla Barre, of Wisconsin Rapids, at the RNC says the convention is lacking cranberry representation despite the convention being in the "cranberry capital."  

Wisconsin Republican Party delegate Barbara Finger, of Oconto, says she wishes there was more representation of Wisconsin agriculture at the event in Milwaukee. 

U.S. Sen. Ron Johnson says the one thing the 2024 RNC convention in Milwaukee is missing is fresh cheese curds, and he wasn't allowed to bring them himself.
