The USS Arizona photographed on Jan. 18, 1941, while the Arizona was being upgraded at Puget Sound Navy Yard in Seattle. To date, this is the last close up view of the ship prior to its loss at Pearl Harbor. This image was discovered by the historian of the USS Arizona Memorial in 1991 from the archives of the Puget Sound Navy Yard.
