Wisconsin earns a C-plus in the American Society of Civil Engineers' 2024 state infrastructure report card making it just one of three states to earn the highest grade in the nation.
Wisconsin’s high-speed internet network received a grade of C-minus on the American Society of Civil Engineers’ infrastructure report card this year, the first time the group has graded the state’s broadband infrastructure.
