The Big Foot/Williams Bay girls co-op varsity soccer team will head into their ninth season under the direction of Head Coach Rene Perez and several key seniors returning with their home opener against Wilmot Union High School on Monday, April 6 at 7 p.m.

Despite the miserable weather, the Big Foot/Williams Bay Girls Soccer team couldn’t have started off Rock Valley Conference play much better than they did Thursday, April 17, with five different goal scorers and a hat-trick from Mya Gonzalez to come away with a 7-0 victory.

The Big Foot/Williams Bay Girls Soccer team had their best season last year since 2019, going 11-7-2 overall and are looking to build off last season’s momentum with many returning players.

The Badger girls soccer team had their chances, but excellent goaltending by both teams and superb defense by the Badger back-end helped keep the Southern Lakes Conference leading Elkhorn Elks off the board and end the highly contested match in a 0-0 tie Tuesday, April 30.
The Lake Geneva Lady Badger soccer team got off to fast start offensively in their season opener and never looked back, dominating from start to finish and defeating Delavan-Darien 5-1 Monday, April 8.
Three goals for Big Foot/Williams Bay freshman Jacki Rambatt, two goals for sophomore Mya Gonzalez, and one goal apiece from sophomore Ryann Grunow and junior Molly Andersen led the way to a dominant 7-0 shutout victory over Janesville Parker Saturday, April 6.
In every year since 2017, McFarland has won the Rock Valley Conference. In 2016, the Big Foot/Williams Bay girls soccer team won the RVC. Now in 2024 with McFarland having moved due to conference realignment, the Chiefdogs’ see an opening and are ready to compete.
