This defense desperately missed Wohler in the secondary. It’s no coincidence that our defesne played great with him back. He is a top player on this defense and to begin with i think this defense has gotten way to much hate this year.

I think it was a good game plan. Run the football in that kind of weather. Defense was great - Herbig was like the Energizer Bunny! I still think Mertz is very inconsistent. I always wince when he throws those high floaters into double and triple coverage 😱

Keeping 'em on their toes
Tagovailoa was not confident. His feet kept MD from an extra 5 sacks. The UW defense was great. That “new” guy Wohler looks like he is going to make this defense better. Offensively, the weather made throwing difficult but the o-line was good and the running game was successful
