Leinenkugel's brewery in Chippewa Falls is set to close Jan. 17 which may impact local business and tourism, causing worry among locals. But the city has a history of reinventing itself and community leaders say Chippewa Falls is resilient.
Jake and Dick Leinenkugel say the decision by Molson Coors to close Leinenkugel’s brewery was unexpected and frustrating for the Leinenkugel family, who started brewing in 1867.
