Babcock Creamery has developed a flavor named after UW-Madison’s last three permanent chancellors, including Jennifer Mnookin’s “Mnookie Dough.”
The candidate selected will succeed former UW-Stevens Point Chancellor Thomas Gibson, whom the Regents in April 2025 tapped to lead UW-Milwaukee.
