Madison plans to buy East Side Salvation Army property for $3.3 million

Salvation Army Darbo Drive — The Salvation Army Dane County is looking to sell its building at 3030 Darbo Drive, pictured, on Madison’s East Side and consolidate its operations in an expanded facility at 630 E. Washington Ave. After the Salvation Army moves out, the property could be turned into a community center or a hub for services or programming.
