Jorge Antezana, CEO of the Wisconsin Latino Chamber of Commerce, said the organization started its Futuro program in 2023 to help people start child care businesses, a key need.
Born and raised in Lima, Peru, where he worked in financial services and database technology, Jorge Antezana moved with his wife and their three children from Peru to the Madison area in 2003.
