Trump also warned Vos of potential consequences in his upcoming Aug. 9 primary against Adam Steen, a Trump supporter who has been critical of the speaker for not taking the 2020 election more seriously.
"When it comes to election results, it's really pretty simple," said Blake Evans, state elections director for Georgia.
The campaign comes as former President Donald Trump's baseless claims about widespread fraud in the 2020 election have triggered elevated scrutiny and threats toward election officials nationwide.
Rep. Janel Brandtjen issued a statement Friday calling for decertification — something experts and lawmakers on both sides of the aisle have said is a legal and constitutional impossibility.
"Many Wisconsin voters with disabilities face the imminent threat of discrimination or disenfranchisement, both of which are prohibited under federal law," the lawsuit states.

The order comes in response to a lawsuit filed by several voters with disabilities — some of whom cannot move without assistance — who asked a federal court to ensure their ability to vote.

Seeking to show that people found incompetent to vote are still registered, a group relied on misleading information.
The judge ordered the clerk to allow poll watchers access to areas where voters complete witness certification and return their ballots in city hall.
"This has every appearance of being an egregious, blatant violation of trust, and this matter is now in the hands of law enforcement," Milwaukee Mayor Cavalier Johnson said.
