4-year-old jumps from farm wagon to road, struck by vehicle, killed, Columbia County authorities say
A 4-year-old jumped from a farm wagon onto to a road and was struck by a vehicle and killed in Columbia County on Wednesday, authorities reported.
The agent, who is charged with reckless endangerment for shots fired during the arrest of Quadren Wilson, will enter a formal plea later.
It also will do aerial enforcement along I-94 in Kenosha County on Wednesday and Eau Claire County on Thursday.
