On this episode of WisconsinEye's Rewind: Your Week in Review, Wisconsin Public Radio Capitol Reporter Anya van Wagtendonk and WisPolitics-State Affairs Editor JR Ross discuss the second redistricting challenge to be dismissed by a three judge panel. The suit from Law Forward, called Wisconsin's Congressional map an “anti-competitive gerrymander." Judges cite 2022 decision that partisan gerrymandering lawsuits can’t be brought in state court, essentially saying this is a partisan gerrymandering argument with another name. Law Forward says anticompetitive is different noting it protects incumbents of any party.
