The city of Madison plans to host a grand reopening of the Warner Park Community Recreation Center as crews wrap up the final work on a $9 million expansion that added a new wing with a double-court gymnasium.

The parks are generally free to wander through and sunbathe in, but for this weekend only, residents can unlock some of the parks’ additional recreational features.
