Melissa Martz is happy to see her son Angel Martz do more outdoor activities and have the same opportunities as his classmates with the aid of a new all-terrain wheelchair. “He’s just like every other child,” she said.

River Bend Nature Center is located at 3600 N. Green Bay Road.
River Bend Nature Center in Racine will hold a nature camp for children ages 7 through 12 on Presidents Day. Weather permitting, center staff plan to start the annual tradition of tapping the sugar maple trees.
