Giant postcards available for bidding
Residents are invited to bid on one of the giant postcards in downtown Racine from the 25th Annual Public Art Project.Â
All 25 postcards will be available through an online silent auction. The auction page went live on RacineDowntown.com Sept. 19 and closes at 11:59 p.m. Oct. 17. Opening bids start at $150. Â
