Seven Acre Dairy's six new rooms and suites at The Lodge in Paoli have opened.
The Lodge at Seven Acre Dairy in Paoli features six rooms with a view of the Sugar River. The rooms add to the existing eight rooms inside the main building, a restored dairy plant that was converted to a hotel, restaurant and cafe, and opened in 2023.

The Lodge at Seven Acre Dairy has six rooms named after flora. The property sits along the Sugar River and includes a prairie and oak savanna. Danika Laine is co-owner of Seven Acre Dairy, along with her husband, Nic Mink.

The Lodge at Seven Acre Dairy has no windows on its east side but does have dedicated parking for each room. The six rooms of the Lodge opened in mid-October.
