Led by bagpiper Mitch Considine of Elkhorn, Chef John Brogan, maître d' Jerry Pawlak and students at Lake Geneva School of Cooking processed from the school to a field trip at the nearby Lake Geneva Farmers Market on June 29 as part of the school’s June 29-July 2 fifteenth anniversary celebrations.
