Kenosha County Executive Samantha Kerkman and county Planning and Development Director Andy Buehler shovel dirt around the trunk of a Spring Snow Crabapple Tree during an Arbor Day tree planting ceremony Friday at the new Kenosha County Center Prairie & Arboretum. The new feature, located on the north end of the County Center grounds at highways 45 and 50, includes a one-mile walking loop lined with 91 trees representing 26 families and nearly 70 species.
