The Williams Bay Recreation Department is conducting its third annual Scarecrow Walk, as part of the village’s Boo in the Bay celebration. Scarecrows decorated by local residents, businesses and organizations will be lined along the Williams Bay Lakefront Path, 15 E. Geneva St., through Saturday, Oct. 3 .Attendees may vote for their favorite scarecrows by scanning a QR code. Other Boo in the Bay activities include Trunk-o-Treat Fall Festival from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 17 at Williams Bay Middle-High School, 500 W. Geneva St. “Murder at the Monster Mash” murder mystery will be conducted 6 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 21 at the Lions Field House, 270 Elkhorn Road. Boo in the Bay Pumpkin Pumpkin Races will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 24 on Elm Street Hill, located behind the Barrett Memorial Library, 65 W. Geneva St., and the Monster Walk, along the Kishwauketoe walking trails, will be held 5 p.m., Oct. 24, with participants meeting at the main entrance across from Lions Park. Halloween Movie Night is scheduled for 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 30 at the Williams Bay Middle-High School, with a showing of “Hotel Transylvania.” For more information about Boo in the Bay, visit www.williamsbay.org.
